My experience was perfect. I was checked in at the time of my appointment. My service advisor, John, was very polite and helpful. The waiting area had really good coffee and was quiet and comfortable enough for me to doze off while my oil was being changed and I was only awakened when I received a text from John advising me that my Yukon was ready.
