Got a flat and I called Michael. He answered the call and connected me with Roadside assistance to retrieve the car. Besides taking care of the flat, he replaced the other tire that was damaged, completed arrive that was over due, and took care of a “tick” since the warranty was about to expire. He let me know where the car was at every step and delivered when expected. I couldn't have had a better experience.
