I was stranded on the road more than 2 hours from the dealership. BMW arranged for a tow and Alex was my service advisor. She was fantastic. Got the car in right away and ordered the needed parts. She also kept me abreast of what was happening and got the car back to me as soon as she could. I could not be more pleased.
